Research Associate in Health Economics

Location: Manchester, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom. The post is located at the hirify.global, Oxford Road. Hybrid working arrangements may be considered.

Salary: £38,448–£46,970 per annum, depending on relevant experience.

University-based research role within the Health Organisation, Policy and Economics research group and the Division of Population Health, Health Services Research and Primary Care.

What you will do

• Contribute to a School for Primary Care Research-funded grant on the impact of continuity of care on GP work-life satisfaction.
• Conduct policy-relevant health economics research using large national, linked datasets.
• Contribute to a mixed methods research project.
• Develop knowledge of primary care workforce issues.
• Work with the project leads, academic collaborators, and the wider SPCR project team.

Requirements

• Experience or expertise relevant to health economics research.
• Ability to work with large national or linked datasets.
• Interest in primary care, healthcare workforce issues, and policy-relevant research.
• Ability to contribute to mixed methods research within a wider project team.
• Ability to work from or attend the hirify.global location in Manchester, United Kingdom.
