What you will do

• Develop evidence gap analyses and evidence strategies for pipeline assets across multiple therapy areas.
• Identify and support patient-centered outcomes research required for reimbursement and market access.
• Build business cases that demonstrate how evidence-generation studies can influence reimbursement and access outcomes.
• Lead real-world evidence projects end to end, from conceptualization through dissemination, including vendor and internal team management.
• Maintain strategic evidence plans, track active studies, and coordinate with cross-functional asset teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor advances in UK datasets, analytical platforms, and real-world evidence methods, and support training in RWE methodology.

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in epidemiology, public health, or a relevant discipline.
• Relevant industry or consultancy experience in real-world evidence and health technology assessment or market access.
• Experience supporting or leading observational research using UK databases such as CPRD, HES, or SACT.
• Strong understanding of study design, study protocols, analysis plans, project management, and analytical methods.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication, prioritization, and strategic skills, including the ability to explain complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Commitment to ethics, hirify.global policies, UK regulations, SOPs, and the ABPI Code of Conduct where relevant.
