Mutual Funds Service Professional (Financial Services)

Location: Remote

Salary: $20.79–$28.12 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor daily control reports, conduct testing, and research mutual fund compliance requests.
• Follow up with asset management, corporate compliance, and mutual fund teams to ensure control and regulatory objectives are met.
• Resolve complex, escalated, and exception cases for field professionals and clients.
• Provide technical product and systems expertise through multiple communication channels.
• Coach team members on quality, call escalations, processes, procedures, and performance gaps.
• Support process improvement projects, standard operating procedures, documentation, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of direct customer service or mutual fund experience, including support and problem resolution.
• 2–3 years of financial industry experience with knowledge of relevant financial laws and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, data-analysis, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and financial products, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Post-secondary education or a college degree.
• Understanding of continuous improvement fundamentals.
