Associate Manager, Fund Accountant (Fund Accounting)

Location: Hybrid; Denver, CO; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; or Dublin, OH. On-site attendance is required at least 6 days per month.

Salary: $55,000–$120,000 in Colorado; $80,000–$125,000 in Illinois; $70,000–$125,000 in Massachusetts. Additional discretionary bonus and/or equity awards may be available.

What you will do

• Review daily associate work, including corporate action processing, pricing downloads, security master setup, and related data.
• Review fund accounting reports, cash forecasts, monthly reporting packages, pricing reviews, and client data transmissions.
• Resolve complex and escalated issues and oversee reporting for complex or high-maintenance client accounts.
• Support fund accounting system maintenance, release testing, upgrades, service packs, and scheduled data downloads.
• Coordinate fund audits, complete required signoffs, and support specialized client reporting with internal teams.
• Set priorities, delegate assignments, manage client expectations, and ensure contractual and service-level obligations are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of mutual fund accounting or related experience.
• Good understanding of equity, fixed-income, and derivative investments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
• Interest in leadership, team development, and performance guidance.
• Ability to work on site at least 6 days per month.
