Cashiering Support Associate (Fintech)

Location: Westlake, Texas, United States. Hybrid attendance is required: 5 days per week in the office during the 6-month onboarding period, followed by at least 3 days per week in person. Shift: 7:30 AM–4 PM CT.

Base pay: $22.10–$26 USD per hour for the Westlake, Texas compensation zone, plus bonus opportunities and benefits.

What you will do

• Review high-volume money movement requests, including ACH, checks, wires, and brokerage transactions.
• Monitor transaction queues, meet service-level deadlines, and investigate discrepancies from intake through resolution.
• Apply AML, OFAC, internal policy, and standard operating procedure requirements to safeguard customer assets.
• Collaborate with clearing partners and Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Advisor Services teams.
• Identify improvements that increase operational efficiency, transaction accuracy, and client experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in financial operations.
• Knowledge of asset movement procedures, operational workflows, financial markets, and the securities industry.
• SIE certification required; Series 99 preferred.
• Experience managing transactional workflows in proprietary financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, data entry, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and communicate with clients and advisors by phone.
