USAF - DevSecOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Implement and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and enterprise applications.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code, Configuration as Code, configuration management, and approved security baselines across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Automate cybersecurity controls, testing, vulnerability scanning, remediation, continuous monitoring, logging, alerting, and reporting.
• Provide technical evidence, documentation, monitoring data, and boundary controls for Authority to Operate and continuous ATO activities.
• Develop scripts for STIG implementation, generate network diagrams and system configurations, and maintain traceability across requirements, code, tests, changes, and releases.
• Support incident response and research, test, and integrate Government-approved AI capabilities for CI/CD efficiency.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and scripting or programming for infrastructure automation and software delivery.
• Experience with IaC, CaC, source control, configuration management, secure baselines, STIGs, authorization boundaries, and ATO evidence.
• Experience integrating testing and cybersecurity controls into delivery workflows and supporting on-premises, cloud, or hybrid deployments.
• Strong monitoring, troubleshooting, incident support, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
