Case Analyst (Spanish and Portuguese Speaker)

What you will do

• Handle and review global law enforcement inquiries.
• Perform blockchain tracing and preliminary investigations into unusual activity.
• Support pre-SAR filing controls, risk mitigation, and client offboarding.
• Participate in AML/CFT and related internal and external training programs.
• Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing and complete related administrative activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of directly related compliance or regulatory-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
• Strong analytical, logical, systematic, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and stress.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and accountable approach to law enforcement engagement.
• Team-player mindset with a user-focused attitude.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of local laws, directives, regulations, and standards applicable to regulated entities.
• Knowledge of upcoming virtual-currency regulations and policies.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools, block explorers, and manual fund tracing.
