Regional Marketing Specialist (South East Asia)

Location: Indonesia or the Philippines; remote-first, work-from-home arrangement may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and briefing through implementation and performance measurement.
• Develop content, channels, creative concepts, and experiments to optimize acquisition and growth.
• Build and manage local communities across social channels, forums, and chat groups.
• Manage KOLs, affiliates, ambassador networks, and incentive programs to increase engagement and conversion.
• Coordinate with business development, marketing, Angels, and other Binance departments on leads, research, data, and community initiatives.
• Plan online and offline events and manage related vendors, budgets, invoicing, negotiations, and program finances.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience launching community initiatives such as forums, ambassador programs, event series, newsletters, or social media programs.
• At least 1 year of experience managing online and offline events and engaging communities through Telegram or similar channels.
• Proven community management experience, strong ownership, emotional intelligence, and excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and industry trends.
• Fluent English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Availability for flexible and extended hours to interact with the crypto community.
