Operations Specialist (Crypto)

Location: Thailand; remote-first work-from-home arrangement, which may vary depending on the role and team

What you will do

• Support daily operational routines and provide Tier-2 support for escalated internal and customer-facing issues.
• Track issues, coordinate resolution across teams, and prepare regular and ad-hoc operational updates.
• Support product launch readiness through UAT coordination, SOPs, FAQs, internal alignment, and post-launch monitoring.
• Review product flows, identify operational gaps and risks, and improve workflows, checklists, and playbooks.
• Support planning and execution for new business initiatives, including tokenization-related services.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Customer Service, and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in operations, business operations, fintech, crypto exchange, platform operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
• Bilingual English and Thai communication is required.
• Experience in crypto exchanges, digital assets, fintech, securities, payments, banking, or regulated financial services.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership, independent follow-up management, and ability to work in a fast-paced regulated environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of trading operations, fiat/crypto deposits and withdrawals, KYC, compliance operations, or risk controls.
• Experience with product launches, UAT, SOP creation, or process improvement.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboard tools.
