Creator Marketing Lead (AI)

Location: Remote-first across Australia or New Zealand. Work from another location is available for up to 3 months per calendar year.

What you will do

• Lead an always-on creator marketing program across YouTube, performance creators, and affiliate publishers.
• Identify suitable partners, build long-term relationships, and develop a scalable creator marketing approach.
• Own creator briefs, commercial deals, licensing, attribution, and performance reporting.
• Connect creator activity with marketing and product teams, feature launches, and product stories.
• Improve the performance of creator content across paid activity, affiliate channels, search, and AI discovery.
• Use data and performance patterns to decide what to scale, improve, or stop.

Requirements

• Experience building or scaling creator, affiliate, or partner marketing programs in technology, digital products, marketplaces, or high-growth environments.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience negotiating creator agreements.
• Ability to use data to evaluate performance, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
• Strong relationship-building skills with creators, publishers, agencies, and internal teams.
• Proactive and resourceful approach to building structure where it does not yet exist.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, assess performance, or scale marketing programs.
