Senior Product Manager — TradFi Wealth

Location: APAC, Australia, Hong Kong, or Taiwan. Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement; availability may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Own planning, execution, launch, and continuous iteration of Binance Earn's TradFi product line, including ETFs, mutual funds, equities, futures, and brokerage products.
• Research traditional finance markets and user needs to connect TradFi investment scenarios with crypto-based wealth management.
• Design and operate structured options products such as Dual Investment, Snowball, Shark Fin, and other options-linked or principal-protected products.
• Partner with Quant and Market Maker teams on payoff structures, strike prices, APR, tenor, and knock-in or knock-out levels.
• Optimize pricing parameters, yield curves, launch strategies, and product mix based on market conditions and volatility.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and analyze TVL, AUM, conversion, retention, volume, and revenue metrics.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in financial products.
• Hands-on experience with ETFs, mutual funds, equities or stocks, futures, brokerage, or trading products.
• Practical knowledge of structured products and options-linked or principal-protected payoff structures.
• Working proficiency in English is required for written and verbal cross-border collaboration.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from ideation and PRD writing through launch and post-launch iteration, preferably in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, stakeholder-management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with funds, equities, ETFs, brokerage, or trading products.
• Knowledge of options pricing, Greeks, scenario analysis, and hedging mechanics.
• Experience with RWA, tokenized assets, on-chain yield products, DeFi protocols, blockchain, or Web3 products.
• PMP certification and an interest in cryptocurrency and financial markets.
