Pioneer Talent Program - Applied Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement production-grade LLM pipelines for AI products and agentic trading features across spot, perpetual, and on-chain markets.
• Build multi-step reasoning agents, tool-selection frameworks, and autonomous workflows with reliable action execution.
• Improve agent intelligence, latency, and reliability for high-frequency trading environments.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for market analysis accuracy, decision quality, hallucination detection, and prompt-injection resilience.
• Integrate on-chain data, wallet intelligence, and crypto market signals into LLM-powered analytical pipelines.
• Work with research scientists to bring experimental findings into production with measurable performance benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 0–5 years of industry or research experience in applied ML or AI engineering.
• Strong Python programming skills and practical experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, post-training, or end-to-end LLM application development.
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems, task decomposition, MCP-based tool use, memory management, parallel execution, and inter-agent communication.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to decompose problems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
