Product Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and improve product features across frontend experiences, backend services, APIs, data, and integrations.
• Take customer problems and product ideas through solution design, implementation, and production.
• Solve technical challenges arising from a flexible platform used by manufacturing companies worldwide.
• Use AI development tools to explore ideas, write and review code, debug, test, refactor, and improve development workflows.
• Maintain responsibility for the quality, security, and maintainability of shipped software.

Requirements

• A few years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Experience building and shipping web applications across frontend and backend.
• Solid knowledge of modern web development, APIs, databases, software architecture, and cloud-based applications.
• Ability to work independently and take features or problems from idea to production.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Basic understanding of LLM principles and limitations, agent host architecture, security practices, and the MCP protocol.

Nice to have

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related technical field.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, integrations, or complex configurable products.
• Experience with agents, LLM APIs, or AI-powered product features.
