TL;DR
Product Engineer (Full-Stack) (AI/B2B SaaS): Building and shipping product experiences that help hotels manage group, meeting, and event sales, with an accent on AI-powered operations, automation, and polished full-stack development. Focus on taking initiatives from idea to launch, evaluating AI-generated output, and making sound architectural decisions across Next.js, TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Vercel.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; fully on-site in the Stockholm office

What you will do

  • Take product initiatives from idea through scoping, development, iteration, and launch.
  • Translate business problems into clear product decisions and collaborate with leadership and product stakeholders.
  • Build simple, polished experiences for hotels moving from inquiry to booking and delivery.
  • Use AI agents and LLM-based tools for meaningful product development and internal tooling.
  • Maintain product quality by reviewing AI-generated output and challenging solutions when needed.

Requirements

  • Full-stack engineering experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and modern serverless or Vercel-based application development.
  • Ability to work from a blank page through production without a detailed brief.
  • Engineering depth to identify gaps in AI-generated work and make sound architectural decisions.
  • Experience shipping products used by real people.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, and residence in Stockholm with availability for a fully on-site office role.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Vercel AI SDK, MCP, Claude, Cursor, or similar LLM-based tooling.
  • Founder-minded product judgment and experience balancing automation with human oversight.
