Binance Accelerator Programme - Campaigns Operations, Binance Square (Web3)

What you will do

• Support the full lifecycle of Binance Square campaigns, from documentation and backend configuration to promotions, launch management, monitoring, and post-campaign follow-up.
• Coordinate banners, push notifications, pop-ups, and other on-site campaign promotions.
• Analyze recurring user inquiries, collaborate with Product and Tech teams to debug issues, verify fixes, and reduce future support cases.
• Handle escalated user tickets and maintain FAQs and user-facing documentation.
• Monitor real-time campaign data and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable optimization insights.
• Plan and launch integrated growth initiatives with cross-functional teams to drive scalable user and content growth.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital communities.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
• Ability to engage vendors and internal stakeholders across regions.
• Strong attention to detail, patience, accountability, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in Web3, content, or the creator economy.
