What you will do
- Drive new-user growth through product offerings, content marketing, social media campaigns, and affiliate collaborations.
- Manage strategic marketing partnerships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and marketing spend accountability.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns from strategy and briefing through performance measurement.
- Build paid and organic experimentation across creative, app store optimization, and landing page optimization to improve ROI.
- Own retention marketing and lifecycle campaigns, including retargeting tactics.
- Shape the Binance brand across key African markets and provide data-driven campaign recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in fintech, B2C mobile, community-driven brands, or Web3.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Must be based in South Africa.
- Strong interest in and knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and technology.
- Experience with acquisition marketing, performance marketing, organic and integrated marketing, user-base growth, and management.
- Strong coordination, strategic thinking, independence, and execution skills; familiarity with social media, community management, and event marketing.
