Marketing Manager (Web3)

hirify.global builds privacy-preserving technology for decentralized applications and collaborates with organizations in the Web3 ecosystem.

What you will do

• Build hirify.global’s product marketing and communications strategy from scratch.
• Manage communications with the open-source community, press, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
• Attend industry conferences and online events, organize podcast appearances, and contribute to publications.
• Create and coordinate content campaigns that educate audiences, promote hirify.global’s technology, and acquire users.
• Set marketing KPIs, test acquisition channels, monitor campaign performance, collect results, and iterate on strategies.
• Consult with engineering, product development, and other subject-matter experts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in content marketing and/or growth strategy.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with marketing analytics, automation, and CRM tools.
• Strong interest in crypto, Web3, and privacy technology.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public-speaking skills.
• Native-level English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience building relationships and establishing strategic partnerships in Web3.
• Bilingual communication skills in English, Swedish, or Chinese.
• Prior experience in crypto.
