Senior Analyst/Manager Market Supervision (Abu Dhabi Based)

What you will do

• Monitor market integrity alerts, conduct first-line triage, prepare escalation packs, and maintain investigation files.
• Manage admission due diligence for Members and Remote Members of the Binance RIE and RCH.
• Review governance, regulatory permissions, financial resources, operational capability, and KYC/KYB documentation.
• Perform member risk assessments, maintain supervision plans and registers, and monitor ongoing compliance with conditions and undertakings.
• Prepare draft responses to FSRA requests, regulatory submissions, evidence packs, and management information.
• Maintain procedures, templates, checklists, and scorecards in line with rulebook changes and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in market supervision, market surveillance, exchange or clearing-house membership, regulatory affairs, or financial services regulation.
• Working knowledge of a market infrastructure regulatory framework and the ability to apply rule provisions to specific facts.
• Experience reviewing institutional or corporate KYC/KYB documentation, ownership and control structures, and structured risk assessments.
• Strong drafting, judgement, organisation, record-keeping, and concurrent matter management skills.
• Ability to operate independently and with integrity within a control function under commercial pressure.
• Based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Nice to have

• Experience with the ADGM FSRA framework, Market Infrastructure Rules, or equivalent exchange and clearing-house rulebooks.
• Experience with exchange or clearing-member admission, remote membership, and cross-border access arrangements.
• Familiarity with market abuse typologies, surveillance alert triage, AML and sanctions screening, PEP and adverse-media reviews, and enhanced due diligence.
• Exposure to digital-asset markets and traditional securities, derivatives, or clearing products.
• Arabic language capability and a professional qualification in financial regulation, compliance, risk, or law.
