Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Oslo, Norway, on-site. Travel to the United States is required, with eligibility for ESTA, a B1/B2 visa, or equivalent.

Salary: 950,000–1,500,000 NOK per year plus equity

What you will do

• Build and ship features and infrastructure used by teachers and students every day.
• Work directly with the founders and contribute to product vision.
• Listen to users and turn their needs into useful, engaging product experiences.
• Collaborate on improving the product development process.
• Prototype AI-powered learning experiences and innovative user interfaces.

Requirements

• Experience building products that users genuinely value and enjoy using.
• Deep technical understanding of network stacks, browsers, and JavaScript execution environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience starting a company and learning through the process.
• Empathy, curiosity, ambition, a growth mindset, and strong collaboration skills.
• Must be based on-site in Oslo, Norway and be eligible to travel to the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, NextJS, React, Google Cloud, Postgres, Redis, LLMs, or general artificial intelligence.
• Experience using Cursor or Claude Code.
