TL;DR
Tier 3 Integration & Support Engineer (Autonomous Drones): Supporting and integrating autonomous drone systems across customer environments, third-party platforms, networking interfaces, and operational workflows with an accent on advanced troubleshooting, system recovery, and deployment readiness. Focus on root cause analysis, resolving complex software and hardware incidents, validating APIs and integrations, and improving operational playbooks for mission-critical deployments.

What you will do

  • Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical and operational issues.
  • Investigate and resolve advanced software, hardware, networking, and integration problems, including root cause analysis.
  • Support mission-critical incidents, system recovery, deployments, testing, commissioning, and operational acceptance.
  • Integrate systems with customer environments and third-party platforms, configuring and validating APIs, interfaces, networking, and operational workflows.
  • Develop troubleshooting procedures, operational playbooks, technical documentation, and support improvements.
  • Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Product, field teams, and support teams on defect resolution, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in Tier 3 support, system integration, technical operations, or similar technical roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across software and hardware systems.
  • Experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, routing, and wireless communication.
  • Familiarity with Linux-based systems, command-line tools, APIs, system integrations, and client-server architectures.
  • Ability to analyze logs, telemetry, and operational data.
  • Hands-on experience with physical systems in lab, field, production, or customer environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with robotics, drones, UAVs, autonomous systems, defense, or mission-critical platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and remote monitoring systems.
  • Experience in operational or industrial environments.
  • Scripting or automation experience with Python, Bash, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting global deployments and customer-facing operations.
