What you will do

• Provide timely technical support through Slack, chat, and email.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues involving cloud security and infrastructure.
• Escalate complex or critical cases to R&D and Product.
• Educate customers on product features and build strong professional relationships.
• Create and maintain support documentation and record customer interactions in the support system.
• Complete ongoing training to maintain technical support expertise.

Requirements

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Cloud expertise and understanding of cloud infrastructure security.
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide professional customer support.
• Ability to document solutions and manage support cases systematically.
