What you will do
- Provide timely technical support through Slack, chat, and email.
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Escalate complex technical problems to R&D or Product.
- Build strong customer relationships and communicate professionally.
- Create and update support documentation and record customer interactions.
