Chief of Staff (Robotics)

Location: Full-time on-site in Genoa, Italy

What you will do

• Work directly with the CEO on strategic priorities, board presentations, investor updates, fundraising materials, and executive communications.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business opportunity assessments using traditional and AI-powered research tools.
• Support strategic planning, business development, corporate growth, and fundraising-related initiatives.
• Coordinate execution across Hardware, AI/Software, and Commercial teams.
• Lead CEO-sponsored special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Design and scale internal processes, workflows, and operating mechanisms to improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.
• Professional proficiency with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and materials for boards, investors, or senior leadership.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Genoa, Italy. Excellent English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or technology-driven companies.
• Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or corporate development.
• Experience supporting C-level executives in strategic or operational roles.
• Knowledge of robotics, Physical AI, autonomous systems, or advanced manufacturing.
• Italian language proficiency.
