Associated Director, Program Management

What you will do

• Deliver transformative programs for hirify.global and its customers by translating strategic visions into interconnected projects.
• Coordinate project managers and teams across program workstreams to secure successful outcomes.
• Define milestones, budgets, schedules, scope, governance, and risk-management practices.
• Identify project dependencies, build master schedules, and make cost-benefit and trade-off decisions.
• Assemble appropriately skilled teams and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to project managers.
• Use data, dashboards, metrics, and analysis to predict and influence project and program outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects or programs, preferably in a services business, including work with customers across multiple project phases, industries, and geographies.
• Expertise in cost and scope management, change control, and overall project governance.
• Experience identifying and tracking dependent tasks across projects, mitigating dependency-related risks, and guiding staffing choices across projects.
• Experience establishing program governance and management systems, managing project interdependencies, developing master schedules, assessing costs and benefits, making trade-off decisions, and prioritizing assets and resources.
• Knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, dashboards, business intelligence reporting, business metrics, and operational reporting.
• Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment, adapt to changing priorities, and remain outcome-focused.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and with DevOps practices.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.
