Facility Manager (Robotics)

Location: Via Melen 83, 16152 Genoa, Italy; onsite, full-time, permanent. Availability to travel nationally and internationally is expected.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of offices, systems, infrastructure, and other facilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise refurbishment, renovation, and space optimization projects.
• Manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers while monitoring service quality and cost efficiency.
• Control facility-related budgets and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact for facility-related matters and support continuous improvement of workplace standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facility management, infrastructure management, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and space management.
• Experience in vendor management and project coordination.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and proactive manner.
• Good or very good written and spoken English; willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience in dynamic or multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings.
