Multimedia Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage multiple multimedia localization and content production projects from intake through final delivery.
• Plan project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate AI voice-over, human dubbing, voice-over, subtitling, OST, lip-sync, and lip-manipulation projects across films, series, corporate videos, social media, and e-learning content.
• Monitor project financials, P&L, invoicing, reporting, KPIs, and forecasts.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, studios, language specialists, voice talent, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in multimedia, media localization, voice-over, dubbing, or related media production.
• Deep understanding of multimedia localization processes and workflows.
• Experience with AI voice-over, lip-sync, and AI-powered lip-manipulation solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of dubbing, subtitling, AI voice, and lip-sync tools.
• Strong client communication, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken, required.
