Senior Specialist - Program Management (Mil-Space)

Location: Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite. Travel required 0–25%. Candidates must be eligible under U.S. export-control regulations and provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Manage customer programs from order inception through final shipment and closeout.
• Review purchase orders, drawings, specifications, contracts, and customer documentation requirements.
• Track BOMs, engineering changes, procurement, supplier deliveries, production, inspection, testing, and shipment milestones.
• Build Microsoft Project schedules and provide regular program status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, design reviews, manufacturing readiness reviews, source inspections, and customer visits.
• Lead issue resolution, risk communication, subcontractor coordination, and delivery of required customer documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, customer programs, operations, engineering, supply chain, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, operations, project management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret customer contracts, purchase orders, specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, customer-service, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Eligibility to access U.S.-controlled technology and materials is required; U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or protected-individual status must be demonstrated.

Nice to have

• Experience with prime contractors, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated customer environments.
• Experience with technical and quality aspects of semiconductor products and manufacturing processes.
