Product Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week at the Poblenou office and 2 days of remote work.

hirify.global develops AI agents for banks, starting with voice AI for debt collection across voice, messaging, email, and SMS channels.

What you will do

• Define and maintain the KPIs used across the business.
• Build data models and dashboards from call, debt, and payment data.
• Automate multi-currency invoicing pipelines for bank customers.
• Design and analyze experiments that measure improvements in recovery rates.
• Investigate unusual metrics, identify root causes, and resolve data-quality issues.
• Work directly with the co-founders on metrics, models, and decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience building business-critical metrics and models.
• Fluency in SQL and Python.
• Ability to take ownership of outcomes and use data to influence decisions.
• STEM degree and strong academic performance.
• High standards for data quality and ability to use AI to automate and streamline work while controlling its limitations.
• Ability to work from Barcelona and attend the office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Collections or fintech experience is not required; domain knowledge can be learned on the job.
