TL;DR
Product Analyst (AI): Analyzing user discovery, engagement, retention, subscriptions, and monetization for the ChaChat consumer AI product across iOS and web with an accent on product metrics, experimentation, and data quality. Focus on designing A/B tests, building self-serve dashboards, validating instrumentation, and turning product and growth data into actionable decisions.
Location: Remote or hybrid, with a hybrid office in Tbilisi, Georgia; relocation support is available.
Salary: Up to $3,000 gross per month.

What you will do
- Own core product metrics including activation, retention, conversion, LTV/CAC, and feature adoption across iOS and web.
- Design, analyze, and communicate A/B tests to support product and growth decisions.
- Analyze onboarding, paywalls, subscriptions, in-app economy, and paid features to identify monetization opportunities.
- Build and maintain product dashboards in tools such as Amplitude and Superset.
- Validate tracking events, resolve data-quality gaps, and maintain reliable analytical pipelines with engineering.
- Collaborate with product, iOS and web engineering, user acquisition, marketing, and leadership.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in product analytics, product analysis, or data analysis, preferably in consumer or B2C products.
- Strong SQL skills and confidence using Python for analysis and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar product analytics tools.
- Understanding of product metrics, unit economics, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Ability to combine product analytics, subscription, attribution, and warehouse data into clear reports.
- Experience using AI-powered analytics workflows in daily analytical work.
Nice to have
- Experience with subscription-based mobile B2C products or consumer AI applications.
- Experience with Airflow, Postgres, ClickHouse, Superset, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Adapty, RevenueCat, or other mobile attribution and subscription tools.
- Experience partnering with product managers and mobile engineers on instrumentation and experimentation.
