TL;DR
Digital Transformation & Productivity Specialist (Lean/Digitalization): Identifying and delivering process improvement, productivity, and digitalization initiatives across Europe and Africa with an accent on Lean methods, benefit measurement, and regional-global alignment. Focus on translating business needs into analytics, workflow automation, and AI use cases, steering adoption, and ensuring measurable improvements after rollout.
Location: Hybrid work in Lisbon/Amadora, Portugal; Bucharest, Romania; or Warsaw, Poland. Business travel across the region is required. Remote work is permitted within the applicable country.

What you will do
- Identify improvement, productivity, and digitalization opportunities across the Europe and Africa region.
- Build decision-ready business cases with baselines, expected benefits, productivity levers, and required process or data changes.
- Register, qualify, and prioritize regional use cases with global Operational Excellence and digitalization teams.
- Lead the business side of use cases through requirements, testing, training, rollout, and adoption.
- Track expected versus actual benefits and maintain consistent productivity reporting and documentation.
- Apply Lean methods, value stream mapping, root-cause analysis, Kaizen, and standard work before automation or digitalization.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, productivity programs, digital transformation, or a comparable role.
- Practical experience applying Lean methods and quantifying operational baselines and benefits.
- Ability to translate business needs into requirements for analytics, workflow automation, and AI solutions.
- Experience coordinating initiatives across regions, functions, management levels, and global teams.
- Strong data understanding, structured execution, workshop facilitation, and outcome-focused follow-through.
- Advanced English proficiency and availability for business travel across the region are required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, process mining, RPA, or AI applications.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification.
- Additional European languages.
