What you will do

• Support prioritized AI and technology initiatives and help turn business ideas into practical deliveries.
• Perform business analysis by following up on ideas, clarifying requirements, and managing use cases with business users.
• Create user stories to support solution design, prioritization, and implementation.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts using tools such as Copilot and Salesforce Agents.
• Explore automation and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision-making, productivity, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed a STEM degree in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, information systems, or a related field.
• Interest in data, AI, automation, technology, and applying them to business problems.
• Analytical thinking, structured information processing, and the ability to translate ideas into clear actions.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including documenting progress and explaining findings.
• Collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to seek feedback and contribute to a team.
