Finance Controller (E-commerce)

Location: Hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia

Salary: From €2,500 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Manage group OPEX controlling across European entities, own web shops, and marketplaces.
• Participate in monthly controlling close, calculate accruals, review results, and explain budget variances.
• Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and management presentations.
• Analyse data from SAP, databases, and Power BI dashboards, including AI tools and models.
• Own data quality and reconciliations across SAP, Lucanet, and relevant local systems.
• Coordinate financial processes with other countries and departments and create internal process documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in controlling or FP&A.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance storytelling skills.
• Experience with Lucanet and/or SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Understanding of e-commerce drivers, inventory, and working capital topics.
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Group or regional controlling experience.
• ACCA, CFA, or Big Four experience.
• German language skills.
