Project Controller

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia; hybrid work with home office possible 2 days a week. Traveling on demand, maximum 20%.

Salary: Basic wage component of €2,400 gross per month; this is the minimum offered salary, with final compensation based on level, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Manage project financials, including revenue recognition, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow planning.
• Monitor project performance, analyze variances, and support margin and profitability reporting.
• Handle customer invoicing, payment follow-up, supplier invoice approvals, and financial risk management.
• Prepare financial inputs for project reviews and maintain project data and structures in IFS.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Treasury, and Finance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project controlling, project accounting, or a similar financial project environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Good commercial awareness, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in international teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools; experience with IFS is possibly required.
• Fluent English and German.
• Basic knowledge of IFRS and understanding of project finance and tax principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with IFS ERP.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
