Senior Financial Controller for T-Systems Austria (m/f/d)

Location: Hybrid in Košice, Slovakia, with remote working available only within Slovakia.

Salary: Negotiable base salary from €2,000 gross, depending on seniority and previous experience, plus a variable component and other financial benefits.

What you will do

• Provide financial and strategic controlling for assigned business areas, including order entry, order backlog, customer result, production variance, TWC, EBIT, and related KPIs.
• Prepare executive management overview reports at LBU level and analyze actuals, forecasts, budgets, and prior-year results.
• Perform account controlling and project controlling, including month-end and year-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analyze, calculate, and book financial entries such as accruals, revenues, costs, true-ups, order entry, and order backlog.
• Coordinate relevant closing processes globally and support strategic planning, forecast models, and long-term scenario studies.
• Act as a senior operational authority and potentially manage assigned colleagues operationally without disciplinary responsibility.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics.
• At least 6 years of experience in the finance sector.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office, advanced SAP skills, and intermediate Power BI skills.
• Expert-level analytical skills, ownership, and time management.
• Advanced communication and organizational skills.
• Expertise in result interpretation, reporting, and financial process overviews.
• Advanced budgeting, planning, and data analytics skills.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• German proficiency at minimum B2 level.
