TL;DR
Senior Financial Controller for T-Systems Switzerland (m/f/d) (Financial Controlling): Managing strategic financial controlling, planning, forecasting, reporting, and closing processes for T-Systems Switzerland with an accent on group-wide KPIs, financial analysis, and scenario modeling. Focus on interpreting business performance, coordinating global closing activities, and developing forecasts for business model planning.

Location: Hybrid or remote from Slovakia; workplace location in Košice, Slovakia. Remote working is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Base salary: negotiable, not lower than €2,000 gross, depending on seniority and previous experience; variable pay and other financial benefits are also provided.

What you will do

  • Provide financial and strategic judgments on business transactions, measures, projects, technologies, business models, and market developments.
  • Coordinate strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term scenario studies for assigned business units.
  • Prepare TSI executive management overview reports at LBU level and analyze actuals, forecasts, and budgets across key financial KPIs.
  • Analyze, calculate, and book accruals, revenues, costs, true-ups, order entry, and order backlog in the financial system.
  • Run month-end and year-end closing and coordinate relevant closing processes globally.
  • Act as the senior knowledge and operational authority, with possible operational management of assigned colleagues but no disciplinary responsibility.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Economics.
  • At least 6 years of experience in the finance sector.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office, advanced SAP skills, and intermediate Power BI skills.
  • Expert-level analytical skills, ownership, and time management.
  • Advanced communication and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in result interpretation, reporting, and financial process overviews.
  • Advanced skills in budgeting, planning, and data analytics.
  • English and German language skills.
