Senior Manager, IT Security and Risk Management (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead and improve risk-based vulnerability and exposure management, including scanning coverage, prioritization, remediation tracking, exceptions, and validation.
• Develop security detections and lead incident triage, investigation, containment, recovery, evidence preservation, and post-incident reviews.
• Design and strengthen enterprise and industrial network security, including firewalls, segmentation, secure remote access, network access control, and third-party connectivity.
• Assess and improve security across Azure, AWS, SaaS, servers, containers, infrastructure as code, and enterprise platforms.
• Extend monitoring, access control, vulnerability management, and incident response into OT and industrial control environments while supporting safety and availability.
• Assess application and AI security risks and implement governance controls with Data Protection, Privacy, Legal, and business teams.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of progressive cybersecurity or infrastructure security experience.
• Hands-on experience with incident response, detection engineering, vulnerability management, network security, or cloud security.
• Experience operating or materially improving risk-based vulnerability or exposure management in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, attack-surface management, enterprise firewalls, secure remote access, cloud-native controls, and security automation.
• Experience securing hybrid environments involving Microsoft 365, Azure or AWS, SaaS, Windows, Linux, enterprise networks, and cloud services.
• Working knowledge of OT/ICS, application, API, container, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, data protection, and AI/LLM security risks, plus scripting or automation with Python, PowerShell, Bash, APIs, SOAR, or configuration-management tools.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, GSEC, GICSP, CCSP, cloud security, network security, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in industrial, energy, waste, manufacturing, utility, or other high-availability operational environments.
• Experience with NERC CIP, SOX, privacy, acquisition security reviews, SaaS platforms, cloud migrations, or AI-enabled solutions.
