Finance Graduate (AI and Data Analytics)

Salary: USD 55,500–125,500 annual base salary in Texas; variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Complete the 24-month SPARK Graduate Development Program with four six-month rotations.
• Gain experience across finance and strategy functions, including FP&A, business unit finance, corporate strategy, supply chain finance, sales finance, procurement, digital finance, and investor relations.
• Apply financial analysis, AI, automation, and digital tools to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to senior leadership.
• Transition to a permanent full-time role after successful completion of the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or expected graduation by May 2027.
• Leadership, teamwork, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in finance, strategy, AI, automation, and digital tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technology-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling is beneficial.
• Prior finance or strategy internship or work experience is preferred but not required.
