Senior Recruiter (AI)

hirify.global is a rapidly growing product company building scalable EdTech products for a global audience.

What you will do

• Own 4–6 vacancies end to end, focusing on senior, leadership, and business-critical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define business needs, candidate profiles, scorecards, and hiring processes.
• Build sourcing strategies using talent-market mapping, donor-company research, Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn sourcing, and personalized outreach.
• Conduct structured interviews, assess candidates against agreed criteria, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Prepare hiring managers and interviewers for consistent, high-quality assessment.
• Manage recruitment funnels, offer processes, candidate communication, and market intelligence through the candidate’s first working day.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 4 years in a product IT company.
• Experience hiring for Growth Marketing, Product, Analytics, or Engineering roles.
• Experience with B2C subscription products, mobile apps, EdTech, or another high-growth digital environment.
• Proven success closing Senior, Lead, or Head-level roles, with the ability to explain sourcing approaches, funnel metrics, timelines, and results.
• Strong hands-on sourcing, passive-candidate engagement, competency-based assessment, scorecards, and structured interview skills.
• Ukrainian fluency and English at B2 level or above are required.
