Senior UI/UX Designer (iGaming)

Location: Armenia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Poland, Romania, or Serbia; office and remote locations are listed across these countries.

hirify.global is delivering a large-scale betting platform for a client operating a major online betting exchange and gambling service.

What you will do

• Research user needs and collaborate with engineers and product managers to prioritize improvements.
• Design interfaces, navigation systems, widgets, and digital experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, sitemaps, flowcharts, storyboards, and interaction scenarios.
• Produce icons, illustrations, and other graphic assets while maintaining established design systems.
• Present concepts, incorporate client feedback, and conduct user testing to improve usability.
• Monitor and optimize existing systems and lead design efforts for engaging interactive experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• At least 1 year of experience designing products in sports betting or iGaming.
• Experience with web and mobile interaction and interface design, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, mental maps, and storyboards.
• Strong skills in Figma or Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Balsamiq Mockups.
• Ability to troubleshoot with web designers and developers using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Advanced spoken English, strong presentation and teamwork skills, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
