UI/UX Designer (Fintech)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Gather and evaluate user requirements with line managers and product managers.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and other design assets for mobile and web interfaces.
• Identify UX problems and propose practical solutions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and user research.
• Maintain a consistent branded experience across products.
• Adjust layouts and interfaces based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Degree in Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, product designer, or in a similar role.
• Experience reading software documentation and producing design prototypes.
• Knowledge of wireframing tools and excellent knowledge of Figma.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer-centered, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quality standards and deadlines.
