Project/Delivery Manager (NetSuite)

Location: Remote from LATAM; US Eastern Time Zone required

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of NetSuite and systems integration projects from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, scope, risks, resources, and delivery quality.
• Lead customer meetings, drive decisions, remove blockers, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate NetSuite consultants, integration engineers, and customer teams.
• Ensure requirements, testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness are clearly defined and executed.
• Improve project delivery processes, standards, and tooling.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and core ERP processes, including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, and Financials.
• At least 3 years of experience managing ERP, NetSuite, or systems integration projects in a consulting or agency environment.
• Experience leading executive and operational stakeholders and handling difficult delivery conversations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, deadlines, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Must be based in LATAM and work in the US Eastern Time Zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with Celigo, NSIP, NetSuite Connector, or other systems integration projects.
• Background with Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces, or other eCommerce platforms.
• Experience in fast-paced consulting or implementation environments.
• NetSuite certification.
