Techops Intern (Web3)

Location: Canada, France, Spain, London, UK, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Portugal, or Remote. Availability to work four days per week is required. Some coverage outside China Standard Time may be needed, especially for collaboration with Europe or the Americas.

What you will do

• Operate Web3 community and support channels, including Telegram and Discord, and respond to user questions.
• Triage issues involving blockchain nodes, RPC services, chain synchronization, wallets, and on-chain development.
• Gather logs and reproduction steps and coordinate technical investigations with relevant teams.
• Develop, maintain, test, and troubleshoot Telegram Bots and Telegram Mini Apps.
• Organize AI Support knowledge bases, troubleshooting workflows, and response procedures.
• Respond to urgent issues, document solutions, and keep stakeholders updated through resolution.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Web3 and public blockchain ecosystems, including nodes, chain synchronization, wallets, and on-chain transactions.
• Familiarity with RPC usage and common troubleshooting approaches.
• Experience administering Telegram and Discord communities or support channels.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or another mainstream programming language, with the ability to build software independently.
• Ability to develop and maintain Telegram Bots and Telegram Mini Apps and to debug and test them.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, responsiveness, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Web3 projects, developer communities, technical support, or node operations.
• Experience with blockchain explorers, node providers, or RPC debugging tools.
• Experience building scripts, automation tools, or AI-powered support workflows.
• Professional English communication skills and availability to cover Europe or the Americas.
