Tech Ops Specialist

Location: Yerevan, Armenia; hybrid work from home and the office

hirify.global provides high-performance data management and analytics solutions for financial services, including the OneTick platform for processing and analyzing large volumes of data.

What you will do

• Monitor the health and performance of the OneTick platform in cloud environments and client data centers.
• Follow runbooks to troubleshoot and resolve data delivery, server, and application issues.
• Improve monitoring for OneTick and related operational processes.
• Perform system maintenance and updates to maintain platform performance.
• Communicate critical issues and resolutions to clients and vendors.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve complex issues and deploy new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in technical operations or technical support.
• Knowledge of Linux and Bash commands and scripting.
• Basic Python scripting skills.
• Availability to work night shifts when required.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Nagios or Prometheus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems.
