Junior IT Systems Administrator

Location: Office-based in Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment issues under supervision.
• Support IT operations by receiving, tracking, prioritizing, assigning, and resolving user requests.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktop systems and peripherals.
• Manage hardware and software assets, inventories, licensing, and system decommissioning.
• Document system problems and resolutions and assist with basic IT training for staff.

Requirements

• College or university degree, preferably in computer science or a related field.
• At least 1 year of IT experience.
• Related experience in systems and network administration.
• Knowledge of basic systems administration tools and processes.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Serbian.
• Ability to plan, multitask, collaborate, and solve problems in a dynamic team environment.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training.
