CARe Fleet Monitoring Specialist (German Speaker)

What you will do

• Monitor ATM fleet performance using remote access and analytical tools.
• Diagnose issues and identify ATMs with declining or poor performance.
• Tag potential poor performers to prioritize maintenance and repairs.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends before issues escalate.
• Proactively order parts to reduce unnecessary technician dispatches and repeat visits.
• Coordinate effective field repairs by helping ensure the right technician, parts, repair guidance, and documentation are provided.

Requirements

• Proactive, analytical, and technically oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English and German language proficiency required.
• Strong technical acumen and knowledge of analytical tools and processes.
• Intermediate Power BI and Excel skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or technical sciences.
• Experience supporting hirify.global financial products and knowledge of its hardware solutions.
• Experience working in an L2 support team.
