Hardware Test Engineer – Internship (Iasi) (Automotive)

What you will do

• Test electronic control units for series and development automotive projects.
• Interpret electronic schematics and PCB layouts to prepare testing activities.
• Build and configure test setups for specific test cases.
• Operate laboratory equipment including digital multimeters, data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and power supplies.
• Measure and characterize circuit and component behavior, prepare test reports, and present findings.
• Collaborate with system, software, and mechanical colleagues across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the fourth year of a relevant bachelor's program or in a master's degree program.
• Relevant fields include electronics and telecommunications, electrical engineering, medical bioengineering, automation, and computer science.
• Basic knowledge of electronic circuit behavior.
• Ability to read electronic schematics and component datasheets.
• English at B1/B2 level for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Good presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Basic technician or hands-on skills.
• Experience with laboratory equipment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive technologies.
