Application Engineer Printing & Reflow

Automotive manufacturing company developing wire harness systems and vehicle interior solutions through international engineering and production operations.

What you will do

• Provide production-related expertise during concept and development phases for future electronic assembly projects.
• Participate in process and product FMEA activities.
• Coordinate initial sampling, produce sample parts, and support process evaluations.
• Coordinate process optimizations and subsequent pay-offs.
• Document manufacturing parameters and define processing windows for series production.
• Prepare processes for series production, transfer tools, and maintain stable production processes.

Requirements

• Higher education in a technical field, or comparable training, master's qualification, or technician qualification in electronic production.
• At least 3 years of experience in electronic serial production, particularly printing and reflow processes.
• Experience with Ekra, Ersa, or Rehm equipment.
• Knowledge of IPC 610A and good command of Microsoft Office.
• Good English is required.
• Analytical, teamwork, and communication skills; availability for business trips.
