Paid Social Manager (Meta)

hirify.global is developing a healthcare-focused growth operation with a high-volume creative production and performance marketing engine.

What you will do

• Build, launch, restructure, and optimise Meta campaigns, including large-scale ad uploads.
• Manage budgets, bids, audiences, placements, platform diagnostics, ad policies, disapprovals, and account restrictions.
• Manage Smartly feeds and template-led production while maintaining naming conventions, bulk-upload accuracy, and QA.
• Analyse creative performance across Reels, Stories, Feed, video, static, UGC, and high-fidelity formats.
• Run creative and landing-page testing programmes, translating results into actionable briefs and hypotheses.
• Report on CAC, LTV, payback, and platform metrics while supporting CAPI, event setup, and value-based optimisation with the data team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of paid social experience, primarily hands-on with Meta Ads Manager at meaningful spend.
• Ability to build accounts from scratch, restructure them, and launch large ad batches accurately.
• Strong understanding of creative performance across video, static, UGC, and high-fidelity advertising.
• Experience turning creative analysis into insights and running landing-page or on-site tests.
• Sound analytical habits, including identifying what changed, why it changed, and what to do next.
• Interest in AI and automation, with strong execution, ownership, and willingness to learn from a paid social specialist.
