Digital Marketing Specialist (TikTok Ads)

What you will do

• Develop and scale TikTok as a key user acquisition channel.
• Build and optimize campaigns using AI-powered tools to accelerate testing.
• Identify TikTok trends, sounds, and content formats and turn them into creative hypotheses.
• Run A/B tests across campaigns, audiences, and ad creatives.
• Translate performance insights into actionable briefs for native, platform-first creative production.
• Manage advertising budgets, report on channel performance, and forecast the impact of user acquisition activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of performance marketing experience, including hands-on TikTok Ads campaign management.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager, campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and attribution.
• Experience with native TikTok creative formats, Spark Ads, hooks, and creator-style content.
• Practical experience using AI tools for research, content, analysis, or optimization.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and converting performance data into business forecasts and reports.
• Based in Ukraine and working remotely.
