IPMI Client Coordinator

Location: FWD Tower, 979 King's Road, Taikoo Place, Hong Kong. Hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office or onsite with clients.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day service delivery for assigned clients, including requests, follow-ups, documentation, and internal coordination.
• Support annual renewals and mid-term changes by preparing reports, tracking inputs, and coordinating quotation, placement, and billing activities.
• Collect, clean, and analyze claims, benefit utilization, and member census data.
• Prepare clear summaries, insights, and observations for team management and client-facing use.
• Validate information against engagement scope, policy terms, and coverage while maintaining accurate filing and version control.
• Support claims personnel by coordinating information and progressing moderately complex claims within the role scope.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Behavioral Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical ability, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Solid Excel and reporting skills, including pivot tables, data cleaning, reconciliation, and basic charting.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
• Availability to work at least three days per week in the Hong Kong office or onsite with clients.
